Day 69 – Quantitative Force Analysis

Chemistry 1 –  We finished answering conclusion questions about the Boiling Water and Freezing and Melting Labs.  I then began introducing Energy Bar Graphs and the energy “categories” we use in Chemistry.  Eth = Thermal, Ei = Interaction, Ech = Chemical.

Physics 1 – Groups worked around a whiteboard to solve the above problem.  At this point the one quantitative tool they have is Fg = (10N/kg)m.  Below is an example of one groups work.

Chemistry 2 – Students continued to work on looking up information on Organic Functional Groups.
